There is a shift coming in Real Estate…are you ready?

What is happening here in Middle Tennessee?

So, what are the latest statistics in real estate in Southern Middle TN? Not surprisingly, Williamson Co. is cruising with 472 closed sales in September, averaging $499,172 per home.

The closer one gets to Nashville, the prouder they are price wise. Many buyers leave the hustle and bustle of the city to commute south for something more affordable. Maury averaged $228,904 per home sale with 153 sales. Drive a bit further for more rural counties in Marshall, Giles, and Lawrence, and homes averaged $182,453 , $140,516 , and $112,907. The latter three tend to take longer to sell, currently running 85, 92, and 96 days whereas the more populated counties north are only taking 50+ days.

We recently listed a home in Spring Hill like new that had 13 showings in two days, brought nine enviable offers, and brought the seller $5000 above list with no contingencies based on financing, appraisal, nor inspection.
